Arckipel digital access control installed at the entrance of a contemporary professional space.
Arckipel Digital Access · Custom access control

The right access.
At the right time.

Arckipel designs the complete system that decides, issues and records access rights according to your business logic — from software and API to the on-site reader and door release.

Software, API, controller, reader and installation brought together in one project.
01
Fewer interruptions

Valid access no longer depends on someone opening the door every time.

02
Precise permissions

Every code, badge or authorisation follows a rule, duration and context.

03
Useful records

Relevant events feed your monitoring tools and operations.

Access is part of the process

A door is never an isolated system.

A patient has an appointment. A visitor needs to reach a service. A technician is expected on site. A team member changes zone or schedule. The right to enter comes from business information that already exists elsewhere.

Arckipel connects that decision to physical equipment so access follows the person’s actual journey.
From business rule to door

A business event becomes controlled access.

The system can connect to an existing journey or become a component of Arckipel OS.

  1. 01

    An event creates the right

Confirmed appointment, registration, booking, contract, intervention or operator decision.

  2. 02

    The system applies the rules

Location, schedule, duration, identity, number of uses, authorised zone and exceptions.

  3. 03

    The person receives a credential

Numeric code, QR code, NFC/RFID badge or another identifier suited to the context.

  4. 04

    The reader verifies locally

The controller allows or refuses entry and follows the expected behaviour if connectivity is lost.

  5. 05

    The event reaches operations

The log, arrival, alert, occupancy or next step is sent to the relevant tools.

Permissions, event retention and fallback modes are defined with you.
A composable solution

Access designed for the place, people and level of control.

We select only the mechanisms required and integrate them into an operable architecture.

01PIN · Time windows · Single use

Temporary codes

Single-use or time-limited codes generated from an appointment, booking or approval.

02QR · NFC · RFID

QR, badges & cards

Fast identification through QR, NFC, RFID or a compatible card for the audience and environment.

03Roles · Sites · Calendars

Rules & zones

Rights defined by site, door, role, schedule, organisation or journey stage.

04Approval · Exception · Command

Assisted opening

Operator intervention, documented exceptions and remote commands where the scenario allows.

05History · Alerts · Audit

Logs & alerts

Events, refusals and technical status shown to the people responsible for them.

06Sites · Devices · Status

Multi-site management

Consistent configuration and monitoring for one entrance or a network of locations.

Digital access readers, controller and gateway connected to calendars, users and operational monitoring.
One controlled chain, from the business rule to the device.
API by design

Your software decides. The access system executes.

The API lets your ERP, calendar, QMS, portal or third-party application create, update and revoke a right. Access events can in turn check a person in, notify a team or move a workflow forward.

  • Create and revoke access rights
  • Synchronise people, sites and zones
  • Webhooks and access events
  • Controller status and diagnostics
  • Integration with Arckipel OS or your systems
Use cases

Opening access can move an entire journey forward.

The same architecture can be configured around very different contexts.

01

Practices & care

Give patients appointment-linked access and avoid routinely interrupting the practitioner or reception team.

02

Offices & coworking

Connect bookings, visitors, teams and schedules to the spaces they may actually use.

03

Industry & logistics

Manage drivers, contractors, technicians and sensitive zones with limited, traceable rights.

04

Property & hospitality

Automate arrival, credential delivery and expiry based on a booking or contract.

05

Public services

Connect appointments, identity, reception and routing to the correct space or service.

06

Technical sites

Authorise a specific intervention, retain the event and inform the responsible team.

Already in production

Appointment-linked access for a medical practice.

For Dr Dengis Clinic, Arckipel developed and installed digital access control connected to the appointment journey. A single-use code is generated for a defined window, allowing the patient to enter without causing a manual interruption at every arrival.

Design for real conditions

Software, hardware and operations are assessed together.

A good rule is not enough if the reader is poorly located, connectivity fails or no one can handle an exception.

  1. 01A defined use case

    Observe

Journey, volumes, doors, roles, building constraints and exceptional situations.

  2. 02A costed architecture

    Design

Rules, API, security, hardware, power, network and offline behaviour.

  3. 03Operational access

    Install & test

Configuration, coordinated installation, on-site trials and validation of real scenarios.

  4. 04An operable system

    Operate

Monitoring, maintenance, rule changes and evolution with your other systems.

Questions before the assessment

Simple access for the user. Precise engineering behind it.

Can you connect the system to our current software?

Yes when the software exposes an API or usable exchange mechanism. We assess data, responsibilities and required events before defining the integration.

Can the system work without an internet connection?

Local or degraded operation can be designed depending on the hardware and continuity requirement. Synchronisation and recovery rules are part of the design.

Can you manage several doors or sites?

Yes. Zones, devices and rights can be organised by site. Progressive rollout, monitoring and maintenance are then framed with the organisation.

Which credentials are possible?

Numeric codes, QR codes, NFC/RFID badges and other devices can be assessed. The choice depends on the audience, risk, frequency and environment.

Does Arckipel manufacture every component?

Arckipel designs the solution, develops the software and API, selects and integrates suitable components, and coordinates commissioning. Responsibilities, manufacturers and warranties are stated in the proposal.

Can access connect to a kiosk or queue?

Yes. A validated arrival can trigger check-in, print a ticket, route the person or notify a team in Arckipel OS or a connected system.

Who should enter, where and at what time?

Tell us about the journey, locations and systems already in place. We will define the first useful scope, from access rights to installation.

Describe my access requirementThe first conversation is without commitment. Assessment and installation are then covered by a tailored proposal.
