Is my business large enough for robotics?

Your company’s size matters less than the process. A repetitive task, sufficient volumes and well-defined parts may justify a study. We also assess variants and changeovers. Our offer focuses on SMEs with an indicative project budget of €100,000 to €1 million excluding VAT.

What does a project from €100,000 include?

This is a starting budget for an integrated project: study, equipment, programming, integration and commissioning, depending on the agreed scope. It is neither a standard price nor a promise that every application can be delivered at that budget. The quotation details inclusions, options, any site works and maintenance costs.

Do I need to replace my entire production line?

A standalone station or a cell connected to existing equipment may be a suitable first project. Mechanical, electrical and software compatibility are checked during the study. We identify the adaptations and downtime required.

Can a collaborative robot work without guarding?

Choosing a collaborative robot does not automatically make an application safe. The tool, workpiece, speed and environment must be assessed together. Safeguards, safety functions and applicable compliance requirements are defined for the complete installation.

Is AI essential?

We propose it where it offers a demonstrable benefit, particularly for some vision applications. A conventional solution may be simpler to maintain. Performance is assessed using representative cases, with a defined response to uncertain situations.

Do you guarantee 12 months and a return on investment?

The 12 months are a reference roadmap. The delivery schedule is confirmed in the proposal. Return on investment is an estimate based on your volumes, costs, throughput and constraints, rather than a guaranteed outcome. The study is designed to inform that decision.

What if the study does not support robotisation?

We explain the limitations identified and possible alternatives, such as simplifying the station, adjusting the flow or using lighter automation. You decide how to proceed on that basis before committing to implementation.
