Arckipel designed a digitisation approach for a busy medical practice, including the software logic and on-site installation of appointment-linked access control.

The challenge
Every arrival could interrupt the doctor or assistant to open the door. The process depended on immediate availability even when the patient had a valid appointment.

The system generates a single-use numeric code valid around the appointment window. Access control verifies that right and lets the patient enter without routine manual intervention.
