PolisiN is a pioneering initiative spearheaded by Deutschland sicher im Netz e.V. (DsiN), a key player in promoting digital security across Germany. The initiative specifically targets politicians and their staff within various political entities including parties, factions, offices, and administrations spanning federal, state, and municipal levels.
PolisiN's mission is intricately designed to empower these political operatives with the necessary tools and knowledge to navigate the increasingly complex digital landscape securely and confidently. The overarching goal of PolisiN is to implement behavioral measures that not only enhance the understanding of digital technology potentials but also ensure their secure and effective use.
This is particularly critical given the sensitive nature of political work, where data breaches or digital missteps can have far-reaching consequences. By equipping politicians and their teams with best practices and robust digital strategies, PolisiN aims to cultivate a culture of digital literacy and security mindfulness that upholds and protects the integrity of political processes.

PolisiN needed an online platform embedded within their existing website to securely provide documents and resources to their clients. The platform required a double authentication system to ensure secure access, integrated chat functionality for communication, and tools for structuring educational videos with real-time progress tracking and visualization. The solution needed to streamline their operations and enhance user experience by offering an interactive and secure platform.

Our approach to developing the PolisiN educational platform followed a structured process:
- Analysis and Planning: We conducted a thorough analysis to understand PolisiN's requirements and set clear development goals.
- Design & Development: We designed and developed a custom WordPress template tailored to PolisiN's needs, ensuring the platform was user-friendly and secure.
- Approval & Revision (25 Days): After developing the initial version, we presented it to PolisiN for feedback and made necessary revisions.
- Implementation (10 Days): We implemented the final version of the platform, trained the PolisiN team, and provided ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition.
The project has experienced ongoing delays due to financing issues due to changing policies. Despite these setbacks, we have continued to work on the platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs and specifications.

The PolisiN Edu Online Platform is still under active development due to the delays caused by financing issues. Despite these challenges, the platform has been integrated into the existing website, with many features already in use to improve daily processes. Initial user feedback has been positive, highlighting the ease of use and enhanced functionality.
We continue to support PolisiN in navigating these challenges and look forward to the full implementation of the platform, ensuring it meets all their needs and expectations.
